Here is an example of creating a striking graphic design by using a table instead of graphics.

This is plain html - and loads MUCH faster than any REAL graphic of this size


To be exact, the loading time is only 3 seconds on a slower 28,8 K modem -- total files size for this page is 7116 bytes

Of course this requires a little more experience, but it is really easier to do than it seems!
You might build another color table in the table  - this one is one column table I added to the middle  of the previous table
And here I added another, light blue two column table inside that dark blue. Text is in the left column, and my photo in the right one. Fun!
